Is mastermind+ a networking event?

It is not a networking event nor a place to sell your product.

Is mastermind+ for me?

Mastermind+ is meant for business owners with a team of at least 10 employees, who want to grow their business. It is for entrepreneurs who have a positive personality open to giving and receiving feedback. Do you have the will to achieve, even exceed your goals? Are you willing to (re-)live your passion and overcome impeding fears? Are you looking for a group that can support you? Then mastermind+ is for you.

What can I expect?

You get to have a moment for yourself and take a break from your daily routine. There will be high quality participants and experts in the group. This means you are surrounded by bright minds that provide energy, ideas and network. You receive insights and an exchange of ideas outside your sphere of employees, stakeholders and partners. How are participants selected?

Through an introductory call and a questionnaire, we identify which mastermind+ group is better suited to you.

We select participants based on factors such as experience, personality and challenges they want to overcome.

Note that we don’t take direct competitors into the same group.

What is a hot seat?

The principle of a hot seat is for you to get a chance to present your current biggest challenge to the group. The other participants will ask a series of questions and provide you with options and opportunities to follow up on. The person in the hot seat walks away with a lot more ideas and solutions than they could generate on their own.

What results can I expect?

Results depend solely on each participant’s effort to apply their learnings. This is why we also bring accountability into our discussion, in order to monitor progress session after session. Fellow business owners in the group also get to see the result and step-by-step progress that leads to success.

Will I be informed about the other participants prior to the mastermind+?

Yes, we will send you information about the other participants prior to the first session.
